For contractors that are affiliated with NECA, they are eligible to the EPR live software. If a contractor is not affiliated with NECA, they do
not have access to EPR live and will have to register for a REX account. If contractors are calling UMR requesting access to EPR live and are affiliated with NECA, they need to be directed to the Northeastern
Illinois Chapter of NECA for assistance with this. https://www.necachapters.org/neil or (630) 876-5360. If they are not affiliated with NECA but would like to be affiliated, they can also call the same number for assistance.

Use ATM card to access account on a daily basis. Withdrawals are limited to $300.00 within a 24 hour period (Monday thru Friday, with Saturday and Sunday counting as one day). The card is an ATM only; it will not work as a debit card or point of sale.
