To access your Employer Contributions via internet you must have a pin and password. Call the Members Service Office at 847-680-0032 to obtain your pin and password and the click the UMR Benfits Link box below.

Vacation Account & Access Information

Amalgamated Bank of Chicago (AMBOC)

Fees
  • There is no monthly fee (on active accounts) or minimum balance requirement.
  • $5.00 per month dormant Account fee can be charged when there is no activity for 1 year.
Accessing Funds

Use ATM card to access account on a daily basis. Withdrawals are limited to $300.00 within a 24 hour period (Monday thru Friday, with Saturday and Sunday counting as one day). The card is an ATM only; it will not work as a debit card or point of sale.

To Request Withdrawal by Check
  • Visit the Warrenville or the Chicago Downtown location.
  • Request funds by mail: by sending request to the Warrenville address. Request must include account holders name and local number, account number and specify dollar amount.
  • A bank check will be mailed upon request with a request by Fax: 312-541-6045 or US mail (use Warrenville address above).
  • The bank will contact the customer to verify information on account before mailing the check to the address on the account.
Fringe Payments
All reporting and contributions are due by the 15th of the month, for pay periods ending in the prior month.  Do not mail payments to the Libertyville Office.

Contributions that continue to be mailed directly to IBEW Local Union 150 in Libertyville will delay processing, possibly subject the contractor to Late Payment Assessments. Any questions regarding this process should be directed to:

To: Contributing Employers of the IBEW Local No. 150 Welfare Fund, IBEW Local No. 150 Pension Fund, IBEW Local No. 150 Supplemental Pension Fund, IBEW Local No. 150 Vacation Fund, and all other relevant contributions, dues, JATC, LMCC, etc.

**UMR, Inc. will be responsible for contribution processing on behalf of the IBEW Local No. 150 Welfare, Pension, Supplemental Pension and Vacation Funds.
